Pet Policy

Alvista West Vue welcomes pets of all sizes! 2 pets maximum per apartment. We currently charge a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet along with a monthly pet rent of $40/mo. Other restrictions apply.
